BECOME THE ENVY OF YOUR INDUSTRY WITH A CUSTOMER-CENTRIC CULTURE

Winner of Marketing Book of the Year 2015 by Marketing and Sales Books

For the first time, this groundbreaking guide unlocks the secrets used by Amazon, Virgin, Apple, Starbucks, and salesforce.com. It creates a guide for success based on three years of scientific study drawing insights from more than 100 businesses to identify seven key factors. When implemented together these factors have been proven to drive superior business performance. Customer culture is as fundamental to business performance as breathing is to living. It is the life force of your business. This applies no matter what your industry sector.

And with the evidence-based methods in this book, you can replicate their success in your business

The Customer Culture Imperative reveals the key disciplines of customer culture that consistently predict enhanced, sustainable business results. Each one is linked to a particular strategy and drives predictable and measurable improvements in one or more business performance factors--from innovation and customer satisfaction to growth in sales and profits to higher rates of new-product success. It gives you the tools to:

  • Inspire everyone in the company to embrace a customer-centric culture
  • Unify efforts across units by creating a "common language" for change
  • Collect and measure data from your efforts and benchmark your progress
  • Make change long term so you leave a legacy of an enduring business

Creating a customer-centric company takes more than making an investment in the customer service department and systems. It's about building a culture in which the customer is at the heart of all decisions made within every function and unit. What's best for the customer is what's best for business. Make that a part of the DNA of your organization, and you will lead your company to unprecedented success. Guaranteed.

i love this purse!
Color: 06 - Black
this purse is small but super cute for everyday use, it has card slots on the inside so no need for a wallet, it is a tight shoulder bag and sits up higher by my armpit. it feels sturdy and not flimsy. good thick material as well. overall i definitely recommend if you need a small shoulder bag for everyday use!

Nice purse
Color: 06 - Black
This is a great little purse. Great size, sturdy. Love the guitar and smaller strap. The only thing I am a little annoyed with is that there is a big pocket on the inside (opposite of the card holder pocket) that sticks out too much and you have to push it back each time to get to the stuff in the middle compartment. Otherwise, it's cute.

This small purse can carry a lot
Color: 05 - Wine Red, Color: 05 - Wine Red
This small purse is not only very versitle but is holds a lot. It comes with two straps - one that can easily make the bag become a cross body and the other for hand/wrist holding. Both of these straps have the "fancy" metal loop attachments - i.e. just push the loop where you need it to go, and it will open, press to get "over" the connection and then the loop will close -you may wish to magnify one or some of my pictures to get a closer look at what I mean. The purse has a seperate front pocket for your phone or other item; with a magnitized clasp. There is also a zippered flat pocket on the other side of the purse for other items. The inside of the purse iteself has 8 slots for cards/ids - again you may wish to magnify my pictures to see this. Behind the flap for the cards, there is a pocket/section, which mirrors the other pocket section on the other side of the purse - plus you have the main area of the purse. You can even just make this a purse a clutch but not attaching either of the straps. Making this purse able to hold a lot and very versitile to adapt to/compliment any outfit.

perfect, absolutely love
Color: 05 - Wine Red, Color: 05 - Wine Red
Worn for my school formal, material was better than I expected. I used the solid color strap and it was just the right thickness and length. Pockets fit everything nicely. Places for cards and cash. And room for many keychains. I am actually obsessed and I use it daily. Came quickly, but I paid a little extra for it. Worth the money, for sure.
