Active ingredients:
Curcuma longa (Turmeric) rhizome ext. dry conc.std. 1.2632g equivalent to curcuma longa rhizome dry 31.6g (average) equivalent to curcuma longa rhizome dry 25.264 (minimum) equivalent to curcuminoids 1.2g

Piper nigrum (Black Pepper) fruit ext.dry conc. 12.63mg equivalent to Piper nigrum fruit dry 202.08mg (min) equivalent to Piperine (of Piper nigrum) 12mg.

Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food for relief of symptoms of mild osteoarthritis or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.
