The stainless steel hubs are hydraulically pressed into a permanent position to prevent surface damage to plates and bars. The internal casings, made from high-grade ductile steel/cast iron material ensure durability and are fully encased in high-grade rubber. The 10, 25, 35, and 45 lb plates have a tri-spoke design for easy handling. The 2.5 and 5 lb rubber grip plates are solid. Torque Fitness guarantees that our rubber grip plates are free of material defects or workmanship. Rubber products carry a one-year warranty against breakage, under normal use. Normal use does not include dropping, throwing, or bouncing.

The only sunscreen I can get my dad to wear

I love this sunscreen. I use it when I am too lazy or in a hurry to apply sunscreen from the tube, or when I am reapplying. I also like to use it on my legs because it is so much faster than applying tube sunscreen. This is quite effective and offers almost as much sun protection as my tube physical sunscreens that are SPF 50 with a high zinc oxide content. My dad, who has fair skin and always refuses to wear sunscreen, even though I can see him getting burned - actually agreed to apply this sunscreen because it is not yucky and is actually a pleasant application. He even said he liked using it, so I ordered him a can of this and I think he might start using it on his own! I am so thankful I found something that he is willing to use!
