Dark Rock Pro 5 features 7 high-performance copper heat pipes and a special black coating with ceramic particles. As a result, this high-end cooler keeps your CPU at peak performance at all times, even in heavily overclocked systems and demanding workstations.
SILENT WINGS PWM FANS
For virtually inaudible operation
The 2 Silent Wings PWM fans feature advanced fluid-dynamic bearings, smooth 6-pole motors and airflow-optimized fan blades. Thanks to a tight tip clearance between fan blade and frame, the front fan provides extremely high air pressure. A funnel-shaped frame outlet enables ideal air distribution. The rubberized fan frame prevents vibrations from transferring to the heat sink, reducing overall noise.
SPEED SWITCH
Make it the cooler you need
A Speed Switch allows you to choose between 2 modes, each affecting the maximum fan speed and PWM curve. The Quiet Mode provides a maximum fan speed of up to 1500rpm and is the perfect choice for normal applications. The Performance Mode allows the Silent Wings fans to spin with up to 2000rpm and unleashes Dark Rock Pro 5’s full power.
CONVENIENT HANDLING
Installation is a breeze
Thanks to clever features, the installation concept is simple and elegant. The detachable mesh top cover with integrated middle fan is inserted from above. A completely black mounting kit with pre-installed mounting bridge and fixing screws matches the black design of the cooler perfectly.

Did not fit e90 2006 330i, n52 engine
For what it's worth, the quality of the hose seemed good, so that's why I gave 3 stars, but:
It did not fit my e90 2006 330i, n52 engine. Took the car to the shop to replace broken OEM hose. I provided the hose. It did not fit, so I ended up paying the shop for a hose, and probably extra time because it sat on the lift waiting for the one they ordered.

Didn’t fit but I made it fit.
The part appears decently made in China. The end that terminates below the oil filter would not mount (too tight). I gently sanded the o-ring groove, lubricated and I put the part in freezer. After two hours of sanding the groove I got the part seated. Good thing I was patient today. Pain in the butt.
