Description

Blackmagic Design Spares - ATEM 1M/E Panel - Keycap Label SetThe Blackmagic Design Spares ATEM 1 M E Panel Keycap Label Set consists of the clear plastic lenses and the pre printed or blank film inserts used to identify the buttons on the 1 M E Broadcast or Advanced Panels. Because the 1 M E panel is a compact professional surface, these labels are essential for distinguishing between your 10 primary inputs, internal media players, and transition types in a high pressure environment. Whats Included in the Set

The Blackmagic Design Spares - ATEM 1 M/E Panel - Keycap Label Set consists of the clear plastic lenses and the pre-printed or blank film inserts used to identify the buttons on the 1 M/E Broadcast or Advanced Panels.

Because the 1 M/E panel is a compact professional surface, these labels are essential for distinguishing between your 10 primary inputs, internal media players, and transition types in a high-pressure environment.

What’s Included in the Set

  • Clear Snap-on Lenses: The transparent caps that protect the labels and provide the tactile surface for your fingers.

  • Pre-Printed Text Inserts: High-contrast film strips featuring common labels such as:

    • Sources: CAM 1–10, VTR, PC, GFX 1–2.

    • Transitions: MIX, WIPE, DIP, DVE, STING.

    • System: SHIFT, CUT, AUTO, FTB.

  • Blank Inserts: Frosted or clear strips for custom labeling (useful for specific show titles or unique inputs like "Drone" or "Zoom").

When to Replace Keycaps and Labels

  • Clouding or Yellowing: Over years of operation, the plastic lenses can discolor due to the heat of the internal LEDs or exposure to sunlight, making the tally lights look "muddy."

  • Cracked Mounting Clips: If a button cap feels "loose" or pops off during a fast transition, the tiny plastic legs inside the cap have likely snapped.

  • Surface Wear: Heavy use can cause the smooth plastic to become scuffed or "pitted," which diffuses the light unevenly and makes the text harder to read.

  • Studio Reconfiguration: If you are moving from a 4-camera setup to a 10-camera setup, a fresh label set ensures the panel reflects the new hardware reality.

Installation Guide

Repair Level: 1 (Simple).

  1. Removal: Use a plastic Keycap Puller or a very thin spudger. Hook under the edge of the clear lens and pull straight up. Avoid prying from the side, as you may scratch the aluminum faceplate or bend the internal button plunger.

  2. Inserting Labels: Slide the film strip into the grooves on the underside of the clear lens. Make sure the text is centered; otherwise, the internal LED might cast a shadow across the words.

  3. Seating: Align the cap with the square plunger on the panel and press firmly until you hear/feel a click.

  4. Testing: Press the button several times to ensure it doesn't "catch" on the edges of the faceplate.

Pro-Tip: Custom DIY Labels

If the standard set doesn't have the specific labels you need (e.g., "HyperDeck 1" or "Social Feed"):

  • Printing: Use Matte Transparency Film (available for laser or inkjet). Standard paper blocks too much light, making the button look dim even when it's "On Air."

  • Sizing: The labels for the 1 M/E rows are typically 12mm or 15mm square (depending on the panel generation). It is best to print a test sheet on regular paper first to check the fit before using expensive transparency film.

Diagnostic: Label vs. LED Issue

  • If the button is dark: Swapping the label won't help. The Internal Button PCB or the LED itself has failed.

  • If the button is "sticky": The issue is usually a build-up of dust or soda residue between the keycap and the faceplate. Remove the cap and clean the edges with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol.

Are you looking for the pre-printed "CAM 1-10" labels, or do you need the full set of clear plastic caps to replace broken ones?

It's indestructible because your dog won't touch it.
It's made of hard plastic and has a weird odor. Both of my dogs just looked at it, smelled it and walked away.

Great Teething Toy for an Active Puppy
Our 6-month-old Goldendoodle has really enjoyed chewing on these rings. They’ve been especially helpful while she’s been teething, and so far she hasn’t made a dent in them, which is impressive given how much she chews. There’s clearly some sort of flavor or scent on the toy that makes it especially attractive to her, so it keeps her engaged much longer than some other chew toys we’ve tried. The rings feel durable, well made, and are a great way to keep an active puppy occupied. Highly recommend for teething puppies or dogs that are aggressive chewers.

Super hard plastic
This might be okay for big dogs but my little dogs are not interested at all. I’ve heard if you can’t make an indentation w/ your thumb nail, it’s too hard and your dog could chip or break a tooth…

My aggressive chewer had it roughed up in about 10 minutes, and she lost interest.
Both of my dogs were interested in these right away and started playing with them as soon as I gave them to them. After the first day though, they lost interest. They’ve had them for a couple of weeks now and I can’t really get them to go back to them. These aren’t squeaky toys, which is usually what they prefer, so that may be part of it. The size is decent and works for both of my dogs. My smaller dog isn’t much of an aggressive chewer, but she did chew on it some. My bigger dog is an aggressive chewer (about 85 lbs), and she had this one roughed up pretty quickly. After about 10 minutes, it already had some sharp, jagged edges. That makes me a little concerned about safety since it could scratch her mouth. As far as chew resistance and durability, it didn’t hold up the way I expected for something advertised for aggressive chewers. For value, it’s not the best considering how quickly it wore down and the lack of continued interest from my dogs.

Tough, Engaging Chew Toys That Keep Dogs Busy and Happy
If you’ve got a strong chewer at home, this 2-pack dog ring toy set is a solid choice. It’s designed with durability and engagement in mind, and it really delivers on both. Top Highlights One of the best things about this set is the variety. With two ring-shaped toys featuring different grip angles, dogs get a more dynamic chewing experience. It’s great for single-dog homes to keep things interesting, and even better for multi-dog households since it helps prevent toy-related squabbles. The nylon construction is impressively tough. These toys are clearly built for aggressive chewers and hold up well against repeated use. The ring-shaped block design is easy for dogs to पकड़ and chew, and the added bacon flavor is a big win—it grabs their attention immediately and keeps them coming back. Sizing is well thought out too. These toys are ideal for dogs in the 20–60 lb range, but they’re sturdy enough to handle even stronger chewers on the higher end. They also work nicely for teething puppies, offering relief while encouraging proper chewing habits. Another big benefit is how long they keep dogs occupied. These are the kind of toys that can save your furniture and shoes from destruction by giving your dog a better outlet for their energy. Longer chew time means more mental stimulation for them—and a little more peace and quiet for you. They also double as dental support. The textured surface helps clean teeth and massage gums, turning playtime into something beneficial for your dog’s overall health. Final Thoughts This is a reliable, well-designed chew toy set that balances durability, fun, and functionality. Whether you’re dealing with an aggressive chewer or just want a long-lasting toy that supports healthy habits, this pack is a great investment for both you and your dog.
