Recommended Use
Take 1 capsule of VITAMIN COMPLEX and 1 capsule of MINERAL COMPLEX once a day after the main meal with plenty of water. Do not take together with other vitamin and mineral preparations.
Daily portion = 1 capsule VITAMIN COMPLEX and 1 caplsule MINERAL COMPLEX.
