While I love the product, I do not like the way they ship it. When I received my COOLA, the box was smashed. But I did not imagine that it damaged the tube as well. You can kind of see them on the photo, but it created sharp-edged creases, from where it often starts leaking. I did not want to take a chance, so I contacted the seller, and they sent me a replacement. But the replacement box was also smashed, although the tube itself was not damaged this time. If you want to buy products as gifts, you can never buy them from this seller. COOLA itself is fantastic, so I wanted to give a 5 star, but the way they carelessly ship is unacceptable, which would have resulted in 2 stars, but they promptly replaced it, so I'd give 3.5, but for lack of 0.5 increment, I gave it 4 stars.
