Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tantalum Championship 56175TT – A Rare and Exquisite Tribute to Victory

A highly coveted timepiece, the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tantalum Championship 56175TT is a remarkable fusion of horological excellence and sporting heritage. Designed to commemorate Sir Nick Faldo’s historic back-to-back victories at the 1990 Masters and British Open, this special edition is a rare find, limited to just 2,000 pieces worldwide. With its distinctive materials, ultra-thin profile, and legendary Royal Oak design, this watch stands as an enduring symbol of both elegance and strength.

An Extraordinary Use of Tantalum

Crafted from the rare and ultra-durable tantalum, this Royal Oak embodies a unique presence on the wrist. Tantalum, an exceptionally dense and corrosion-resistant metal, lends the watch a deep, dark grey hue and a substantial weight, making it feel far more exclusive than conventional materials. This exotic alloy not only enhances durability but also adds an unmistakable tactile appeal, distinguishing it from traditional stainless steel models.

Timeless Design, Neo-Vintage Appeal

The 33mm case maintains the Royal Oak’s iconic octagonal bezel, adorned with eight white gold hexagonal screws, a signature of Audemars Piguet’s pioneering design language. The integrated bracelet in tantalum and steel flows seamlessly from the case, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. Retaining its satin-brushed finish, the watch has remained in outstanding neo-vintage condition, with well-preserved case lines and a dial that remains untouched by time.

At the heart of this timepiece is the signature Petite Tapisserie dial, presented in a striking grey tone that perfectly complements the darker shade of tantalum. The white gold applied hour markers and baton hands ensure high legibility, while the date window at 3 o’clock adds an element of practicality without disrupting the watch’s refined symmetry.

Precision and Ultra-Thin Construction

This Royal Oak is powered by the Audemars Piguet Caliber 2612 Quartz movement, offering unparalleled accuracy and reliability. The ultra-thin construction of the movement allows for an effortlessly sleek profile, ensuring the watch maintains its elegant proportions. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal safeguards the dial, preserving its pristine condition for years to come.

The original hexagonal crown, signed by Audemars Piguet, remains intact, a testament to the authenticity and meticulous craftsmanship of this rare edition. The case back is secured with eight white gold nuts, further enhancing the integrity of the watch’s design.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger
