It plays well with fruit and oak, but it hasn’t been ready as a standalone. Like our stouts, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a reproducible process that produces a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that is dry, slightly tart, full of flavor, and super drinkable. The interplay of our slow souring process, its respective microorganisms, hops, bitterness, gravity manipulation, and minerality has been through countless iterations over the years.

这是一款农舍艾尔，其灵感来源于与亲近的人分享啤酒。酒体淡黄，酸味宜人，口感精致复杂，带有一点令人愉快的野菌酸味。未经过滤、未经高温消毒、自然碳酸化，如果适当地窖藏，它将随着时间的推移不断演变。
