The Spirit Of Philadelphia 4 Ever - 2016 CD - The Spirit Of Philadelphia series is back with a fourth installment, a further 17 track feast of Philly gems from the music's heyday in the 1970s. In keeping with the tradition of the series, most cuts are either rare on CD or previously unreleased in this format. These are the recordings beyond the walls of Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff's Philadelphia International Records but involve many key musicians, arrangers and artists. At the disco end of the spectrum are three Tom Moulton mixes included here, Monday After's Merry-Go-Round" extremely rare on Buddah Records promo 12" unavailable commercially until now. Detailed liner notes reveal how events surrounding the Everett 'Blood' Hollins track lead to the birth of Chic and how Van McCoy's music was inspired by the sound of Philadelphia. This plus soul legends including The Temptations and Ben E. King at their Philly best.

Pampers Baby Dry = Diaper Royalty

Okay, let’s just I was loyal to Luvs for a long time. We had a good run, but after a few too many “why does it smell like that?” moments, I decided it was time for a diaper glow-up. These diapers understood the assignment.
The fit? Perfect. Snug without being tight, soft without feeling flimsy. My baby moves like i'm constantly wrestling a gator and not once has this diaper let me down. No leaks, no overnight disasters, no random damp pajamas that make you question your life choices at 2 a.m.
Pampers said “let’s make a diaper that can handle a whole night of baby chaos.” Mission accomplished.
And the smell? Or should I say, lack of smell. Pampers somehow manages to keep things fresh. This was my biggest ick using Luvs.
Honestly, the switch from Luvs felt like trading in my old car for a luxury SUV. Still gets the job done, but now with comfort, style, and zero mess. (and affordable!!!)
If you’re tired of surprise leaks, mystery odors, or mid-night outfit changes, this is your sign: Pampers Baby Dry is the one. 💚
Would I recommend? Absolutely. Would I ever go back? Not a chance.

Pampers Baby Dry are actually good again! Major upgrade.

I’ve used Baby Dry off and on for a while, but the new “improved” version is a huge step up from the old design. They used to feel kind of generic, thin, boxy, and not great for active toddlers, but now they’re a real contender next to Swaddlers and Huggies Little Movers.
What’s new:
• The shape is much more like Swaddlers, snugger around the hips and legs, less floppy in the front.
• Tabs are noticeably stronger and stretchier.
• The inside has a new ultra cushiony top layer that feels soft and plush, not papery.
• They seem to have a slightly faster and more even absorbency, too.
• Still the same cute Sesame Street prints and blue inner layer, but the overall fit and quality feel more “premium.”
Size-wise, the new Baby Dry run a bit larger than Huggies size 3 but a touch smaller than Swaddlers size 3 so a great in-between fit.
For parents like us who can’t use 360-style pull-ons at daycare, these are perfect. They have tabs, fit toddlers well, and hold up to big pees without the sag or stiffness the old Baby Dry had.
Bottom line: a big win for Pampers these finally feel like a proper toddler diaper, not an expensive generic. Highly recommend giving them another try if you haven’t used them recently!

Reliable overnight protection with minimal leaks

These have been very reliable for overnight use. They hold a lot without leaking, even after a full night of sleep. The fit is secure around the legs and waist without leaving marks. I also appreciate that they don’t have a strong scent. Compared to other brands I’ve tried, these seem to last longer before needing a change. Only minor downside is they can feel a bit bulky when very full, but that’s expected for the absorbency.

Just works for us!

Had to transfer from Huggies and Pura because our son kept leaking through those, despite trying all the tips and tricks.
Needless to say we’re really pleased with these! They’re WAY more absorbent. Only downside is that it’s not designed for sensitive skin, but diaper rash cream always does the trick for our little guy
