This is a nice office chair. All of the features work as stated. I would say the seat is slightly more firm than I prefer, but comfort is subjective. The pleather is soft and I like that the arm rests fold out of the way.

This Marsail executive office chair is excellent, and it brings together comfort, support and a clean professional look in a very practical way. The PU leather has a smooth, polished presence that suits a desk chair well without looking overly bulky. I appreciate that the design includes flip-up armrests, a height-adjustable seat, swivel movement and rolling mobility in one complete chair. The cushioning gives the chair a substantial seated feel, while the back design adds support without making the chair look heavy. It is an office chair that feels thoughtfully built for daily desk work, focused tasks and general seated comfort.
The chair arrived securely protected and in very good condition, with the main parts kept in place well through transit. The PU leather surfaces looked clean, smooth and free from distracting marks when unpacked. The base, wheels, armrests, backrest and hardware all appeared properly finished and ready for assembly. Nothing about the chair parts looked loose, flimsy or poorly handled when it arrived. The included components were organized.
The appearance of this chair is one of its strongest qualities because it has a dark, sleek and professional style. The chair fabric gives it a refined executive look, while the breathable mesh center keeps the backrest from appearing too solid or oversized. The flip-up armrests blend into the design nicely and add a cleaner profile when raised. The chair has a balanced shape, with a supportive back, plush seat and wide base that all work together visually.
