Optilumen RKS Universal Fluorescent Fixture Retrofit Kit. Easily converts most all your existing residential and commercial 4 and 8 foot T5, T8 and T12 linear fluorescent light fixtures into an integrated LED light fixture. This retrofit kit works with the earliest to the latest versions of ceiling mount, four-foot and eight foot fluorescent light fixtures, regardless of the style, manufacturer or existing ballast type including linear high-bay, strip or wrap fixtures and even chain suspended shop lights. Since the retrofit kit contains the LED driver, there is no guess work to determine if it is compatible with your existing fixtures’ magnetic or electronic ballast. Super simple installation in 3 easy steps: 1). Remove existing bulbs and ballast. 2). Attach magnetically backed driver and connect to AC power source. 3). Attach magnetically-backed LED strips and quick connect to Y-harness. If your fixture isn't steel, no worries, the kit is pre-drilled and comes with mounting screws. - LED strips and driver are backed with rare earth magnetic tape, attaches to the existing steel light fixture in seconds

Excellent shoe. Tried the Sebago penny loafer and the sizing was ridiculous. These J and M are sized perfectly. I’ve had them before and they wear like iron. Very comfortable right out of the box.

Exact item ordered, quick delivery

I ordered these black Cole Haan penny loafers for casual wear with jeans, khakies, and even business casual with slacks and a jacket. They've always worked perfectly for these uses. The Cole Haan version is the most versatile and still meets my sophisticated look criteria. I wear a 9 1/2 M with almost all other shoes. I have found Cole Haan to run slightly wider and slightly shorter. This fit will work with thin and no socks and a little loose in width. . I'd likely order a 10 N next time. I tend to forget this but it runs consistent with me for Cole Haan. 5 stars for the shoe and service. My bad on the slightly off fit.
