Six Questions Your Altitude Trampoline Park Franchise Financial Model Must Answer

We built this franchise unit financial model using our own research to reflect the specific economics of this active-tainment concept. Key assumptions like the $50,000 franchise fee, 6% royalty, and 2% marketing fund are pre-populated alongside a projected year-one EBITDA of $1,126,000. These figures are fully editable, allowing you to stress-test the $3.19 million initial revenue target against your specific local market conditions.

When does the unit reach profitability?

This unit is projected to hit its break-even point in March 2026, just three months after the initial launch. Profitability is driven by high-margin birthday party packages and a growing monthly recurring revenue model for family entertainment franchise memberships.

Profitability Drivers

  • Upsell premium party packages
  • Convert walk-ins to members
  • Optimize court monitor shifts
[dynamic_pic9]

Total Capital Requirements and Allocation

You will need approximately $2.39 million to get this location off the ground, covering the franchise fee, massive equipment needs, and pre-opening costs. The highest cash burn occurs in February 2026, reaching a low point of negative $1.13 million before operations stabilize.

Major Capital Uses

  • Leasehold Improvements: $850,000
  • Trampoline Systems: $650,000
  • Ninja Warrior Courses: $350,000
  • Safety Padding/Foam: $200,000
[dynamic_pic10]

Expected Return on Investment

The financial feasibility study for indoor sports facilities shows an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 3.82% and a Return on Equity (ROE) of 5.65%. While the initial outlay is heavy, the 4-year payback period is typical for large-scale family entertainment centers with high asset intensity.

Investor Metrics

  • IRR: 3.82%
  • Payback: 4 Years
  • ROE: 5.65%
[dynamic_pic11]

Monthly Break-Even Threshold

The franchise unit break-even analysis tool indicates you need to clear the $40,000 monthly rent and $10,000 utility bill quickly to stay afloat. Because fixed costs are high, your ability to reach break-even depends almost entirely on weekend foot traffic and party booking volume.

Speed to Break-Even

  • Pre-sell memberships early
  • Book parties before opening
  • Negotiate rent abatement
[dynamic_pic12]

Cash Runway and Liquidity

Your lowest cash point hits in February 2026, meaning you need a significant working capital buffer to handle the gap between construction and the first $1.1 million in general admission sales. This is a capital-intensive play where timing your equipment delivery is everyting to avoid burning cash too early.

Cash Flow Protection

  • Phase ninja course install
  • Delay non-essential hiring
  • Manage grip sock stock
[dynamic_pic13]

Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis

The profitability analysis for FEC franchise owners shows that a 10% drop in revenue can significantly delay your 4-year payback. High-performance scenarios rely on maximizing throughput during peak hours and maintaining a $330,000 annual membership base to smooth out mid-week lulls and provide an oppurtunity for a 35% year-one margin.

Hitting the High Case

  • Drive local school partnerships
  • Increase average party ticket
  • Improve safety staff retention

Excellent product, great for travel
Color: Cocoa
I just got back from a business trip and this is by far the most useful passport holder/wallet I've ever used. Lots of room for cards, bills, boarding passes, and a second passport and still folds very flat. Leather is good quality, and is very well put together. Since its too big for my pocket and will mostly live in my briefcase, I expect it to last a very long time. The only drawback is the high price, especially since the leather is probably not full grain (it's not advertised as full grain, so we can assume it's not). But it fits my needs perfectly, even if it is a little overpriced.

Highly recommend.
Color: Cocoa
My favorite purchase for a recent trip across three continents. Fits in pocket (I mean it’s a tight fit, but it will fit). Perfect in cargo pant pocket. Has two separate compartments for paper bills which is nice - you can keep your home currency in one and travel currency in the other. Really sleek looking. Bought four of these and we all loved ours. Highly recommend.

Nice wallet. Just received it and used on trip to Italy
Too early to rate for durability, but it came quickly, looks nice, and appears to be well-made. Was a godsend on my trip to Italy and back. With all the times you have to show your passport (usually dragging your luggage with you), my passport was always at the ready, secure in my wallet in my pocket. I would not travel abroad without it. Not only that, it will serve as my daily wallet as well

Pen holder feature isn't good
Color: Cocoa
Edited review: previously I gave this a two-star review because when I inserted the pen into the pen holder the wallet couldn't close anymore... I tried taking it out putting it back in a few times and it seemed obvious to me that something was wrong and I just could not figure out why the wallet possibly was having an issue closing even though it's designed to hold a pen... To me it seemed obvious that when inserting the pen you should have the clip on the inside where are the bills go.... That single millimeter of space that that clip takes up in the bill fold causes the wallet to not be able to close properly so it springs open. Needless to say that felt extremely cheap for a product of this price and I was very unhappy and considering a return and after writing a bad review I happen to see product pictures with the clip on the inside of the wallet where your cards go and it dawned on me that I had just simply put the pen in in the wrong orientation. That completely solves the issue. So updated back to five stars, and the wallet is great. 2n update after using it for a week on an international trip so I was carrying my passport. Worked great - made me feel safe to always have my passport and room for all my most important documents inside a -just- large enough for a passport wallet. I really don't think they could have saved another millimeter and still made such a quality wallet. Having a micro pen in there is icing on the cake - makes you feel like James bond. I also felt safer having a hidden bill compartment so your not showing a fat stack of foreign currency (I mean depends on your use case but I was in some rather poor areas and this added some peace of mind and 'security' in my opinion). You can just keep some small bills up front and your real stack on the hidden flap. I won't dock a star for it - but keeping this on a back pocket so you're sitting on it because it's bigger and the way it holds cards after just one week there's already card imprints on the leather (just imagine your older leather wallets where the cards start wearing through the leather) Also I tested the RFD blocking and it indeed works. I'm unable to scan any cards through the wallet and that was an important feature to me. Even when the wallet is open and I ran scanners directly over cards (in the sleeves) it still didn't pick anything up.

Works
Color: Cocoa
Good wallet that can fit a passport, hold cash, and cards. “Hidden” pockets too, but that just means more storage space to me. Soft and supple leather that gets better when conditioned and cared for properly. Main feature I like is the RFID blocking, I only get wallets that have it. Expensive- yes. Works, also yes.
