The first "Made in Germany" saddle from SQlab: the 6OX ERGOWAVE® active is the perfect saddle for long and steep climbs on the E-MTB, Allmountain and Enduro bikes. The 6OX ERGOWAVE® saddle has already been available for 2 years now, but not in this version: Made in Germany. The special thing about the new 6OX ERGOWAVE® "Made in Germany" is the foam of the saddle, which is no longer made of classic PU foam, but of the BASF Infinergy® material known from running shoes. This material is very robust and brings comfort to a completely new level, especially in off-road conditions, due to its quicker recovery. The cover is not pulled over the entire surface of the saddle as in classic saddles. There are only "tapes" on the important places. These are automatically attached to the Infinergy ® foam without any glue. The ergonomic saddle shape provides the right relief and comfort: The wave-shaped elevation of the ERGOWAVE®, which extends from the rear to the front, offers a perfect form-fit shape for most sit bones. This significantly reduces the pressure in the perineal area or female pubic arch. Also the flat, slightly curved saddle nose, which is lower in level, ensures less pressure on the sensitive areas for both men and women. For even better pressure relief, especially on longer climbs in the terrain, the saddle nose has been designed wide, with a flat and as large a contact surface as possible. The new active system has not only become lighter, but also much smoother. This increases comfort for the sit bones as well as relieving pressure on the intervertebral discs. In particular, the mobilization of the intervertebral discs is now clearly noticeable. The active-movement is even more adjustable in the new models, as the elastomers have become smaller and lighter. A prerequisite for maximum performance is the perfect fit for the athlete and therefore the saddle is available in four different sizes. The production technology was developed very successfully by Oechsler in Ansbach, a large automotive supplier, for a large sports products manufacturer a few years ago. SQlab and Oechsler then jointly optimized this process for saddles. From an ecological point of view, the local sourcing of SQlab "Made in Germany" products means not only that the long transport route is eliminated, but also that production is extremely efficient and subject to strict German guidelines for harmful substances. Local production, quality assurance and longevity are decisive factors for the SQlab project. ✓ TÜV SÜD testedShipping Notes

Affordable protection plan and superb customer care
I usually don’t buy extended warranty, but I took a chance and added a 4-year Asurion Protection Plan to my purchase of a Canon PIXMA printer. So glad I did!! After only a year and a half, my printer showed an error message 6800. Cannon website states “Support code 6800 generally indicates a failure with the logic board on your printer. Service will be required.” How convenient for that to happen shortly out of Canon’s regular 1-year warranty (🙄). I called Canon. Long story short…they couldn’t do anything for me unless I purchase a warranty plan from them and they send me a replacement or I would need to pay for a repair. No thanks. I called Asurion and talked to a very nice tech support person. She couldn’t get rid of the error message remotely, so she transferred me to another very nice support specialist, who helped me start a repair claim. Asurion mailed me a box with a lot of packing material, along with shipping instructions and label to ship my printer to them for free. A few days into the repair process, they determined my Canon printer was unrepairable and they emailed me an Amazon gift card that same day for the cost of my crappy Canon printer. They were in total communication via email throughout the repair process. I highly recommend Asurion, and I would definitely purchase another protection plan from them again.

Recoup of purchase price was worth it.
I was refunded the original purchase price of a HP Printer. Minus the cost of the insurance and packing I was only out half the original cost which in the long run is a win.
