Entrenched visa problem and foot dragging regarding genuine request to change my visa to student status delayed improving my medical skills and helping people.I slept rough in parks and in safe streets.Political instability at home reached crescendo forcing me seek asylum for fear of regime bent on jailing critics and human right defenders or saboteur. I got into unwanted political mud for writing books critical of rural health delivery, human rights, lack of real freedom and good governance leading the regime to perceive me saboteur. I write raising awareness and money for building a village hospital.Purchasing it or donating cash/kind would help our dream for rural healthcare
