Good toothpaste. It's a nice light scent/flavor. It's pleasant. My teeth feel fresh after using it. I'm excited to see the changes. I'll post a picture of my before and then I'll update in a few months of my after. I'm so grateful this is a natural product that focuses on replenishing rather than just scratching. I still wish it cost less, I mean 14 bucks for one toothpaste seems like a lot, but it's better than using toothpaste that's laced with poison so whatever. I hope one day they come down on their price. I like that the ingredients are quality.

Repeating negative patterns in your life? Read this book!
Format: Paperback
I love Cyndi Dale's work and have a number of her books. As a Healing Touch practitioner and Reiki Master I know tons about energy work, chakras, auras, empaths, etc., but again the author took me where I hadn't been before! I am integrating what I've learned from this book into my practice with my clients, and I also use the techniques on myself. For example, I had no idea you could be connected to the land where you were born! I saw where people I know would fall into the personalties (or syndromes) she describes in her book such as the Mule and the Healer. As a student of psychology, I also knew we repeated patterns by our subconscious minds driving us, but I never factored in the additional impact of our energy fields. An excellent book even if you might think you already know it all as a healer.

Love this book!

Very helpful for sensitive people (or for anyone, for that matter) who have trouble with establishing themselves as whole individuals. By that, I mean those of us who are sensitive to energy dynamics that others put out and that we feel keenly, and have a hard time dealing with. It gives solid advice on how to set boundaries, how to empower yourself so that you're not as overwhelmed by external energy dynamics, and explains the whole topic well. I recommend this book.

Information that I have been looking for
Format: Paperback
The information in the book is so enlightening. If I had only known about energetic boundaries years ago, it would have saved me a lot of pain in relationships, and boosted my morale and self-esteem, when I needed it most. Life, and dealing with others, can be so draining! The information in this book is literally life saving.
I have come to love everything that Cyndi Dale has published, because her teachings really resonate with me and what I need to learn about. Cyndi Dale is so eloquent in her explanation of what otherwise would seem really "far-out", "weird" or "woo-woo".
I love Cyndi Dale and Donna Eden, for the reasons stated above.
