Cycles 7-16 is a natural progression from Matt Dunkley's deubt solo album, Six Cycles, released on Village Green in 2016. Like the debut, it was recorded in Berlin with the German Film Orchestra Babelsberg. With this album, however, Matt endeavoured to push himself further, to expand his writing horizons. As well as being almost double the length, Cycles 7-16 boasts a broader sonic palette than it's predecessor, such as the full symphony orchestra on 'Cycle 12' and the seven solo pianos used on 'Cycle 14'. On others, Matt returns to his classical roots, using a string chamber orchestra on 'Cycle 11' and 'Cycle 16'. Inspiration came from myriad sources. Touring and travelling over the last two years, influences came from spending time in different cities and places. The wintry, tense 'Cycle 7' was inspired by an early morning in Berlin, while 'Cycle 15' was written whilst on a conducting trip to Norway. They do work but they taste terrible!

I got these for my special needs son after his doctor recommend trying melatonin to help with some sleep disturbances. They definitely help him go to bed calmly and even stay in bed through the night but I have to bribe him to get him to take them because the taste is so bad!

Excellent Product!
Added this to my evening Magnesium Glycinate about 2 or 3 weeks ago. My difficulty getting a full nights sleep gradually started to improve. I am now averaging 7 or more hours straight, up from 2.5 - 3hrs. Waking feeling refreshed and more alert, not tired and groggy now. No more mid morning slump. Just keeps getting better... it's not instant but, continues to improve. These improvements alone are well worth the cost.
Also, seems to have added an extra kick to the other reason I take Magnesium... my hip pain and lack of flexibility has also improved. Almost no pain now and flexibility has gone from zero to at least 50% now. I can bend at the hip now and look forward to being able to put on socks, tie shoe laces, scrub feet and trim toenails without assistance!
I have always been physically active until the years of unconsciously favoring my left leg after breaking my right leg in several places ...twice when I was younger began to take a toll on my flexibility. Starting gradually in my mid sixties until now at 68, the list of immobility problems had become very annoying. So, this improvement is is most exciting!

Great Product
I purchased "Magnesium L Threonate, Magtein™, Brain Supplement for Memory, Focus, Sleep and Cognitive Support". It Put Me On An Even Plane.
