Maximum joint comfort and durability

I absolutely loved the color, and it offers incredible cushioning without sacrificing stability during balance poses. It is dense, doesn't lose its shape, and springs back instantly. SO comfortable! It feels like a soft memory foam padding. I use it for several exercise classes and it is great for all of my needs! I love the strap it comes with to keep it rolled up in between classes and the ability to carry it anywhere.
