FARM/PRODUCER DESCRIPTIONEl Triunfo is a family-owned coffee farm located in Planadas, Tolima, managed by Camilo Enciso and Adriana María Franco. The Enciso Franco family has owned the farm since June 2014, cultivating 10 hectares between 1,850 and 1,950 meters above sea level, with a strong focus on specialty and single variety lots.
Adriana María Franco has dedicated more than a decade to the production of specialty and exotic coffees, approaching coffee as a combination of agriculture, science, sensory exploration, and cultural expression. From El Triunfo, she leads the agronomic and post-harvest development of the farm, working with high-value varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Gesha, Tabi, and Wush Wush. Her work is defined by careful farm management, sustainable practices, and continuous experimentation with fermentation and drying protocols to produce clean, expressive microlots with defined acidity, sweetness, and aromatic complexity.
Camilo Enciso represents a new generation of producers in Southern Tolima, committed to quality, traceability, and regional development. In parallel to his work at El Triunfo, he serves as General Manager of ASOPEP, one of the most active producer associations in Planadas, where he promotes collaboration, market access, and professionalization among smallholders. His leadership has contributed to increased visibility for Planadas in national coffee events and specialty markets. Together, Camilo and Adriana have positioned El Triunfo as a project rooted in technical rigor, long-term vision, and a strong connection to its territory. Their coffees express the high-altitude conditions of Tolima through fruit-forward profiles, structure, and clarity, while reflecting a shared commitment to community, sustainability, and the evolving identity of Colombian specialty coffee.
PROCESS DESCRIPTIONThis Pink Bourbon lot underwent Natural process. Cherries were harvested selectively at optimal ripeness and floated in water channels to remove low-density fruit. Without depulping, the entire cherry was fermented in aerobic conditions, allowing the natural yeasts present in the fruit to initiate fermentation. Controlled drying took place on raised beds over several days, ensuring uniform exposure and gradual moisture reduction. The slow drying curve preserves fruit complexity and bright acidity, strengthening the sensory identity of the Bourbon variety. Meticulous sorting before and after drying guarantees uniformity, while a final resting period stabilizes humidity before milling and export.

Good read
Format: Kindle
The book has some good twists and turns, but truthfully I was so confused on some things. It didn't have a good flow for me personally. Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.

the lies

This is amazing fast pace read that is full of plot twists and lies that keep getting bad. This is a story we’re a omega has been lied to by her mother and finds out that someone is slowing dieing. 3 alpha take the omega and feed her more lies so they can use her against her father so they can find their mate Kelly. This is a dark read and ends in a cliffhanger and so good.

Hot twists

This will keep you on your toes toes in a hot twisty mess. You want to love, hate and root for whom is the big question. I’m quickly getting the next book because it ends on a cliffhanger and damn, it’s got me ready to tear into it!

Roxy Collins is the queen of omegaverse slow burn. This particular series is omegaverse with wolf shifters.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book! Lots of suspense and trying to figure out what is true and what's really going on. I loved it!
Pretty spicy once the action starts. Heats are pretty much always spicy. There is a little bit of male interaction, but not full-on shmex.
Definitely recommend.

Absolutely addicted from the first page. The twists and turns, world building and character development all come together for the perfect Omegaverse. And let's not forget that spice because knots are life and these are spectacular. Running for book #2 because that cliffhanger was torturous.
