Ultra-thin graphite paper, using graphite powder pressed under high temperature and pressure. It usually has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and flexibility. These characteristics make ultra-thin graphite paper have a wide range of applications in electronics, chemical, aerospace, machinery manufacturing and other fields. Ultra-thin graphite paper is easy to cut, ordinary scissors can be cut, can be cut into a variety of graphite sealing products. It is mainly used in the field of thermal conductivity and heat dissipation of electronic products, such as the communications industry, medical equipment, ultra-thin laptop computers and LED substrates.

High flexibility: easy to make laminate with metal, insulation or double-sided adhesive to increase its flexibility;
High thermal conductivity: in-plane thermal conductivity can reach a maximum of 1500w/mk, with a thermal resistance 21% lower than copper and 42% lower than aluminium;
Easy processing: can be die-cut to different sizes, shapes and thicknesses, can provide die-cut flat panels, thickness from 0.05mm to 1.5mm;
Strong temperature resistance: the use of temperature up to 400 degrees, the lowest can be below -40 degrees.
Application Fields
Electronic field: Ultra-thin graphite paper can be used to make mobile phone heat dissipation film, computer heat sinks, LED lamp heat sinks, etc., using its high thermal conductivity to reduce the temperature of electronic equipment, improve equipment performance and stability.
Chemical industry: In chemical equipment, ultra-thin graphite paper can be used as sealing gaskets, corrosion-resistant lining, etc. to withstand high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media erosion.
Aerospace: Due to its light weight, high strength, high temperature resistance and other characteristics, ultra-thin graphite paper can theoretically be used in the aerospace field to manufacture thermal protection materials, engine components, etc.
