Whether you are riding for fun, a weekend warrior, or trying to make a name for yourself in the amateur ranks, these v force reeds are the ultimate upgrade in two-stroke performance. V-Force has been finely tuning reed valves over the last 10 years and it is a sure way to breathe some fire into your bike. Reed valves act as a one-way check valve to allow fuel and air to pass through engine and the carburetor. As this happens the reed petals pulse as the engine cycles and slap against the reed block ultimately causing a decrease in lifespan.
As technology advances, so do the V Force reeds. The stiffness and length of the reed petals affect your 2-strokes performance. If you are looking for a little more mid-range power, try out a valve with shorter petals as they have less distance to travel and if you are looking for more high RPM power a stiffer petal that has a slightly longer duration to travel may be what you are looking for. The V-Force Delta 3 Reed Valve is a complete replacement for your existing stock/OEM reed valve that offers an increase in engine power and throttle response by increasing the efficiency over a conventional reed valve design.
