It works in a similar way to many conduction vaporizers except that it has built-in water cooling that reduces the temperature of your vapor and increases the comfort and pleasure experienced when vaping. The Hydrology 9 wasn't the result of some bathtub 'eureka' moment but is the result of countless design changes and revisions, each one designed to improve the quality, consistency, and performance of the Hydrology 9.

The main body is manufactured out of aerospace grade aluminum and borosilicate glass with build quality and attention to detail being something that was a key priority to the Cloudious 9 team. The result is something that looks absolutely stunning and feels like a supremely nice piece of kit when you hold it in your hands. The magnetic mouthpiece cover protects the mouthpiece, which is made of quarter inch thick borosilicate glass and stops the Hydrology 9 from leaking when you are on the move, no matter how it is stored, and the ceramic herb chamber in the base is accessed by simply unscrewing the bottom cover. They have even thought about the fact that conduction vapes usually need to have the bowl stirred mid-session and they have built a stirring tool into the base so you don't even need to open it, you simply twist the knob at the bottom of the device and it stirs the bowl for you.

With a built-in 2000mAh lithium polymer battery the device lasts anything up to around 15 sessions between charges, largely thanks to its thermal efficiency and the fact it only takes approximately 60 seconds to get to fully up to temperature and the mains charger charges it fully in approximately 2-3 hours.

Please note: This product charges via a USB lead and comes with a US-spec mains electricity wall adapter. If you are outside the US and need to charge via mains electricity then you will have to use a USB wall adapter for your desired location.

The Hydrology 9 is a truly hi-tech and unique vaporizer that will change the way you enjoy your dry herb forever. At first glance you’d be forgiven for thinking at first glance that this unit is a lava lamp of some description, the built in light certainly adds to this effect!
Them Hydrology 9 is a somewhat bulky size for a portable vape, you certainly won’t be stuffing this into your jeans (unless you don’t mind a serious bulge. On top of that it’s stainless steel construction and water reservoir. This is not a discreet vape
When you’re setting up your Hydrology 9 for a sesh you have to go through a few steps to ensure it’s working at its best. You have to fill the water reservoir with clean, clear water and ensure that everything is correctly aligned and well screwed together. If you don’t do this properly you are going to have to deal with some spillage.
Once your vape is fully packed and assembled all you need to do it let it heat up and enjoy tasty, smooth, water cooled vapor.
