Siembra Valles Tequila Lowlands 750ML is the brainchild of David Suro, the founder of Siembra Azul. Suro's vision was to create a tequila at the first distillery he had visited, Distileria Cascahuin. This Blanco tequila is a game-changer for tequila enthusiasts as it boasts a round, fruity, soft, and plump profile. The tequila is full of sweet agave notes, creamy roasted flavors, and a peppery kick that provides balance.

Located in the lowland Valles region, the distillery sources mineral-rich agave from the volcanic soils of El Arenal, Jalisco. The agave is slow-roasted for up to 72 hours and shredded four times to maximize the extraction of its sugars. The fermentation process takes place in a combination of Mamposteria (a stone structure enclosed by fiberglass) and stainless steel tanks, with great attention to detail.

The tequila is distilled once in stainless steel with a copper coil, followed by a slower distillation process in small copper pot stills. Siembra Valles Tequila Lowlands is bottled unaged, showcasing the pure essence of the agave.
