Ingredients:
Vinegar, jalapeno chillies (13%), green peppers (13%), ginger, garlic, lemon juice, onions, water, sugar, salt, herbs, stabilizer (xanthan gum). 180ml (6oz) Glass bottle with a black screw cap.
Store in a dry cool place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 months. Shake well before use. Because this is a product that doesn’t use any artificial preservatives, it might oxidise and change colour with use. This doesn’t affect the flavour or the quality of the product.
