The Rat SOD2 (Superoxide Dismutase 2, Mitochondrial) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat SOD2. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Rat SOD2. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Rat SOD2, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Rat SOD2 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

This is one of the best toys EVER for our 107 lb male Rottweiler. We have had the Med/Large size for over a year and it has remained Sam’s favorite toy and proven extremely durable. It’s ideal as a toy for a big, powerful dog when all other toys have fallen apart. I just got Sam the Large/XL size and he was absolutely delighted with it!

We've had three of these over three years, but she's 75 pounds of muscle and it gets a work out every day so it's a really tough toy. All dogs are different, so I don't know what your dog will think, but it's been a fantastic toy for our girl.
