- Warm a small amount in the hands and massage gently all over the face/body. Leave for 30 minutes, cleanse with a mild soap or body cleanser. Sizing is considerably off. I ordered a 2X for my 6’4” husband based on the measurement chart. Based on the way it fit I don’t think a 3X would fit. Fortunately a teenager in the family can wear it.
