Filmed in Berlin, Victoria centers on a runaway party girl who's asked by three friendly men to join them as they hit the town. Their wild night of partying suddenly turns into a bank robbery as the music changes from techno to subdued piano sounds. For the recording session at Studio P4 in Berlin, Frahm enlisted the help of long-time collaborator and cellist Anne Muller, violist Viktor Orri Arnason, and ambient artist Erik K. Skodvin of Deaf Center on guitar. Dear viewer and listener, I've finally written music for a film. It took me some time to do so, as I was patiently waiting for a movie that would truly speak to me. When director Sebastian Schipper invited me to work on Victoria, I knew it was worth the long wait. Does such a strong film even need music? I realised it wouldn't be easy to create a score that embraces these bold pictures. Luckily we were given unusual creative freedom by approaching the movie together with Sebastian Schipper, who was keeping the production and direction to one single team. The score was recorded in a special location, the former GDR broadcasting production facilities that today host Studio P4. We simply put a big screen in the middle of the room, filled it with microphones and instruments, set the movie on loop and kept improvising on top of it together - my good friends and I. The guest musicians started their recording session by playing a cohesive take over the course of the whole movie. This was the most interesting part of the day, since they hadn't seen the film before. They became spectators and creators at once, intuitively recording hundreds of different cues that way. Victoria was awarded the Berlinale Film Festival prize for Best Cinematography and received seven Deutscher Filmpreis nominations, including a nomination for Best Score. The release of this soundtrack follows the film's release in Germany on June 11, 2015, and precedes an international release in the UK and beyond. The soundtrack opens with an edit of Burn With Me by German producer DJ Koze.

Works on Visible (Verizon)

For the price, this little device offers no compromises aside from the obvious. It's quick, offers a full day of battery life, and has a feature set to rival much more expensive competition. The screen despite it's size is fully usable for my every day tasks. Texting, web browsing, reading comics, etc are all viable if you have the eyes for it. The build quality is great. This reminds me of an old Nokia in the hand. I've also had no signal problems in rural Appalachia.
And yes, it *does* work on Verizon, but you'll need another phone to activate the sim with before transferring it over.

Cut your screen time without sacrificing convenience

I've been wanting to switch to a "Dumb" phone to cut back on my screen time, but I was nervous about needing navigation and the internet away from home.
Well! The Jelly Star is a fantastic solution.
Cons:
-Obviously, typing can be quite difficult. But the audio transcription features work very well.
-The small screen means that every small finger gesture can trigger an unintended action
Pros:
-No loss of function. This phone can do 98% of anything a full size phone can do.
-Cut screen time immediately
I read a lot about this phone, but still wasn't sure what it could handle. My main goal was to cut screen time so I took a shot on it.
Right out of the box I was surprised at how "normal" it was in every way but the size and shape. I was able to still use all of the apps I used on my old phone, I could set up my home screen with widgets I had before, and download the same custom ringtones. Even the youtube popup viewing window, screen recording, messenger! It feels exactly the same to use as any other android phone, just incredibly small.
The camera, audio, fingerprint scanner and microphone are all meh, but completely acceptable for a fully functional smartphone that cost $200.
Now, did it help with screen time? YES! Right away I really lost the desire to get "stuck" watching videos. The phone doesn't take up much of your field of vision; its hard to get sucked in and not be immediately distracted by the real world outside your screen. And as it was intended, the small phone screen (while serviceable in every way), just isn't much fun to be on.
Typing on this phone is a bit slow and methodic, I make more phone calls and speak to people in my life a bit more regularly.
And of course, I still crave entertainment but I have been choosing more audio books, music and podcasts over scrolling on tiktok/instagram/facebook.
Having only had this phone a short time, I am blown away by how both effective and usable it is! If you want to cut down on screen time but not give up the convenience of a smart phone, this is the phone for you!
For the price it comes with a screen protector (Applied), and extra screen protector, case, cable, brick, and a strap! It comes fully protected out of the box.

Excellent training Collar and very accurate
Style: Alpha TT 25
I paired this collar with a Pro 550 Plus and they work excellent together for training with my German shorthaired. Very easy to pair and use one you learn all of the functions. The layout of the low/med/high stimulation is easy to get used to for training and the correction of bad behavior and provides peace of mind when working with a young dog off leash. The gps is very accurate down to the foot. The light feature is awesome at night and is very bright. The battery in the collar long outlives the remote. Used in some heavy rain and worked without issue. I have only paired and used one collar so far but highly recommend regardless of the price.
