This lamp features a broad spectrum that delivers accurate color reproduction. With a color temperature of 4700K, it closely resembles the gentle sunlight typically found during the tropical morning. When compared to German standards (DIN), the light resemblance index achieves a rating of lA, which is the highest possible, replicating natural sunlight by an impressive 92%.
The output of ultraviolet rays is minimized to just 2%, focusing solely on UV A and UV B wavelengths required for terrariums that mimic swamp and tropical rainforest habitats, particularly for species that thrive under low UV intensity, such as spiders, scorpions, and insects. Additionally, smooth poisonous frogs rely on this specific amount of ultraviolet light to avoid vitamin deficiency issues.
