He chose for one of the most traditional techniques of hand-turned metal, whereby a disk of metal, usually brass, is formed. Its diameter is then progressively narrowed to the size of a finger, which allows the piece to be welded to the rest of the object's body. This process is used to build most wind instruments. In Anastassiades's poetic eye, it gives shape to flower vases whose convex underside curves up into the shaft as an ulterior connection to the shape of the object by which it was inspired. Not the batana oil you should be buying. No this isn’t the one. Definitely don’t recommend it. It has no that coffee smell of the real batana oil and has extra chemical ingredients and makes it runny almost like a liquid oil. I made a mistake buying it.
