Photographs, texts and system objects made by the Factory team, and illustrating an interview with Andy Warhol by the journalist and art critic Henry Geldzahler. First book by the author using photography and texts, after several privately published illustration works. The Index Book is an extravagant pop-art object as well as a diary of its author in photographic mode, before it becomes a genre in itself.
