Sennheiser MZFS 80 Specialized Microphone Floor Stand (Matte Gray/Black)

The Sennheiser MZFS 80 (Article Number: 500651) is a professional, fixed-height 80 cm (31.5 inches) microphone floor stand featuring a high-stability tripod base. Purpose-built for corporate conference halls, houses of worship, lecture auditoriums, press rooms, and live broadcast events, this premium stand features integrated internal audio wiring to provide an elegant, clutter-free alternative to standard microphone stands and loose cabling.

The stand is designed to serve as a direct mounting platform for Sennheiser MZH and MEG series gooseneck microphones paired with ME series modular capsule heads. Its specialized design allows it to adapt seamlessly for "wireless" floor stand operations when coupled with a compatible wireless plug-on transmitter.

Key Structural and Functional Attributes

  • Integrated Internal Audio Path: Eliminates the need for external cable wraps or ties. The balanced microphone signal travels directly through the internal core of the vertical aluminum tube, maintaining a clean, architectural visual appearance on camera or on stage.

  • Direct XLR Pass-Through Connectors: Features a lockable 3-pin XLR-Female input socket embedded at the very top of the tube assembly and a right-angle 3-pin XLR-Male output connector exiting discreetly at the bottom base.

  • Streamlined Wireless Conversion Platform: Specifically optimized to interface with Sennheiser plug-on transmitters (such as the evolution SKP 500 G4 or EW-DX TS series). Simply plugging the transmitter into the base XLR connector turns the entire assembly into a fully standalone, high-performance wireless podium/floor mic.

  • Anti-Reflective Nextel Treatment: Finished in a specialized, non-reflective matte gray/black protective layer that eliminates harsh camera flares and studio lighting reflections during live video recordings or broadcasts.

  • Massive Heavy-Duty Tripod Foundation: Built with a sturdy, low-profile folding tripod base that ensures superior tip resistance and optimal structural balance, even when supporting extended 40 cm or 60 cm metal goosenecks.

Studio Deployment and Wireless Configuration Advice

Setting Up the Modular Audio Chain: To assemble a complete microphone system, select your chosen Sennheiser gooseneck (such as the MZH 3042), screw your preferred capsule (such as the ME 36 interference tube) onto the top of the gooseneck, and push the base of the gooseneck directly into the top lockable XLR-Female socket of the MZFS 80 stand until it clicks firmly into place.

Deploying Phantom Power Safely: If you are operating this stand in a traditional wired configuration running back to a mixing console, ensure that standard +48V phantom power is engaged on that channel to drive the condenser ME capsule head. If you are converting the stand to wireless operation using an evolution series SKP plug-on transmitter, make sure to enter the SKP transmitter's internal menu and turn "Phantom Power / P48" to ON, as the transmitter must supply the bias voltage to power the gooseneck array.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger
