The product of more than 40 years of research, this well-illustrated book covers the history of the UK-originating TRILLO family from medieval times to the present day.

As the first known bearer of the name, 7th Century St. Trillo opens the story, which moves on to the medieval Trillowe family of Oxfordshire over two centuries, and then suggests links to various individuals in 15th and 16th Century Herefordshire, where the authorÕs family emerged in the Ôancestral villageÕ of Pipe & Lyde in the 1560s; it is believed, and an attempt is made to show, that most ÔmodernÕ UK families originate from that same family).
The fortunes of different branches of the family are described, including some who emigrated abroad (e.g. to Canada and New Zealand) and the narrative ends with the authorÕs family from his Great-grandfather William and all his descendants, including the author and his siblings.

The text is accompanied by detailed Notes & References, a comprehensive Index and a series of Family Trees (49 in total), some constructed 44 years ago and added-to over the years, one drawn-up only in the last few weeks from a new Trillo correspondent.

As always in genealogy, the story is never-ending and the search never stops; helpfully, a few ÔproblemsÕ are listed for future family historians to focus on and, hopefully, solve!

Nice BIG enameled cast iron dutch oven. like LeCreuset but costs less
Color: Blue, Size: 6-Quart
This is nice quality, similar to the far more costly French LeCreuset brand. I was surprised how big this model is, possibly too big for my small kitchen and limited storage space. I store it in the oven. It would be great for baking sourdough boule bread.

This is an amazing pot, got the 6 Qt for beautiful roast dinners and for baking bread. All comes out evenly baked. Cast Iron is best and it has a nice finish for easy clean up.

Great quality. Easy to clean. Nice appearance.
Color: Red, Size: 4.3-Quart
Solid, heavy pot for cooking and baking. I bought it mainly for making soups, stews and breads. I have only tried soups thus far. The pot cleaned up very easily. The bottom of the pot heated uniformly. Nothing was stuck to the pot when I was simmering on the glass top stove. I have not had the chance to bake yet, but seeing how evenly it held heat while cooking, I am thinking this will be perfect. I bought the red color. It gives a nice pop of color in my kitchen. This pot will probably last me a long time. I would buy one if I needed a replacement, or a gift for someone.

Great quality for price after 3 years of use
Color: Matte Navy, Size: 6-Quart, Color: Matte Navy, Size: 6-Quart
I’m 3.5 years in and use it weekly. So far it’s been a great product especially for the price. We are really into soups, roast, and I bake bread a lot. This thing is amazing and a great quality. It’s easy to clean, does great in the oven, and stands up great to constant use. I only have a small amount of staining at the bottom, and a couple scratches from metal utensils. The lid is solid and the handle is really secure still, which is a problem I’ve had with other brands I’ve tried.
