ACT's 6-pad, spring-centered race disc features a spring-center to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. Very pretty.....but it spreads.....a lot

I put this on my cosplay wig, but I had to take it outside to apply. This gets EVERYWHERE. I'm still finding glitter months later. It is easy to apply and dries quickly initially, but it just spreads everywhere.

Great long lasting glitter.
