Directions:

To make a strong herbal infusion, place 1 oz of herbs in a large mason jar with a lid. Add 3 cups of boiling water and stir well. Cover and steep for 4-6 hours (overnight). Strain and squeeze the herbs to extract all the liquid. Drink 1 to 2 cups a day for 30 days. Store the remaining infusion in the fridge and drink within 72 hours.
