IRobot Roomba 3 year warranty
My roomba stopped working as it should. It took two claims to get things taken care of but at the end, I was given a gift card for the original purchase price, which I used to buy a brand new roomba. 😁 so im satisfied and purchased another warranty for the new one.

Great insurance!
It worked wonders for me! I sent back my vacuum after a year of using it because a broken spinning wheel and they repaired it. Then, three weeks before the insurance cover expired, a lightning storm occurred in my area and my vacuum didn’t work anymore, they said they couldn’t fix it and they sent me a full refund. Of course I’ll recommend Asurion insurance!

Do not purchase. BBB will help
Don’t waste you money on this if you’re purchasing a vacuum costing you 6-700.00 or more. We have completed the claims process twice so far, called more time than I like to admit. Bought extremely large boxes and packaging and tape. Drove to ups, waited for ups only to not have our unit repaired. This last claim which was 24 hrs after we received the “fixed” item back was in the companies possession for just two hours when we were sent a msg stating they could not repeat the issues and it was on it’s was back AGAIN. So without a working vacuum for weeks it is now headed back with the same issues. The customer service line assure us they would not let it ship out and would instead keep it and a supervisor would check it and found but 10 minutes after my call I received a tracking number. Save yourself the headache and insure through someone else. Vac sounds like a power saw with rocks in it and won’t clean. Company see that as normal. Told many lies and still repair/.refund

Delivered on What They Promised
Bought an iRobot Roomba i4+ about 1 1/2 years ago and saw this as an option for a protection plan. I was skeptical, as I know that plans similar to this one can be filled with contractual Loop holes that do not benefit the buyer.
HOWEVER, this one is legitimate and came through for me when my vacuum was essentially falling apart…as I was reimbursed the full amount that I paid for it.
I just purchased another iRobot, along with the same protection plan……so, from my experience, I highly recommend it.
