About the Author

Aaron L. Cox was born on February 25, 1972, in Kansas City, Missouri. He lived in Belton, Missouri, for his first nine years. From there, his family moved to Williamsburg, Kentucky, where he lived for a short bit before moving again to Lenoir City, Tennessee. After a short time, his family moved again to Spartanburg, South Carolina. After six years living there, his grandmother’s health began failing, and his uncle Monroe moved his family to Lawton, Oklahoma. With the exception of a short time in the Marines, he has resided in Lawton for several years. It is here that he met his wife and encountered the most difficult times of his life.
