How to Use Firefly Vaporizer?

The Firefly vaporizer is very user-friendly. Here's the step by step guide for vaping concentrates through this vaporizer:

1. Download the firefly app and use the “concentrate temperature” (500°F / 260°C) for optimal use
2. Place the concentrate pad into the bottom of heating chamber
3. Use the small amount of concentrate material on the center of pad, don’t try to overfill the pad
4. Solid – About the size of grain or rice
5. Liquid – 2-3 drops
6. Replace the lid and make sure it fitted correctly
7. Switch on the vaporizer and touch sensors to start heating
8. The LED will blink green initially and turn solid green when it’s ready
9. Hold the censors continuously, while taking initial 5 to 10 drags
10. After initial heating, return to the normal inhalation

Battery Details:

Firefly has a 7.4 V lithium ion battery. Simply tap the right touch sensors for 3 times & see the LED indicator to check the battery level.

Blinks Red – Empty, it’s time to recharge your unit

The Firefly 2 is compatible with a specially designed smartphone app that’s compatible with iOS and Android. The app unlocks a massive array of functionality within your Firefly. You can use it to control the temperature settings, you can also access important information like your vape’s current battery level in real time.

Hooking your vaporizer up to the compatible app couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is the following:

1. Dowload the Firefly app from iTunes and android app stores.

The Firefly has a fairly small chamber, only capable of holding around 0.15g of herb. The Firefly seems to be intended to be used for short, frequent hits when you’re out and about. The on-demand manual heating means that you can always rely on it for a great hit, the chamber is only heated when you hold down the power button.

While there are some vaporizers on the market that are intended to be shared, the Firefly is tailored more towards individual use so if you want a personal vape for when you’re out and about the Firefly 2 is ideal. From each full chamber you can expect up to eight strong, tasty draws, ensuring that you enjoy every drop of your dry herbal blend.

The performance of the Firefly 2 is shockingly good for how compact it is, we’re shocked at how they managed to cram such a powerful heating system into such a compact device. Unfortunately the Firefly doesn’t feature charge-through use, so you’ll have to wait until it’s fully charged before you can use it again. When it comes to portability the Firefly 2 has been vastly improved over its predecessor. The original Firefly was a somewhat bulky device, the Firefly 2 is a much more portable vaporizer that fits perfectly in any hand. It is great to use at home as it is a fantastic and great cordless vape perfect for one or two quick draws at a time. that is easy to store and use.

Keeping your Firefly 2 vaporizer clean is incredibly easy! After a few sessions you may begin to notice some visible build-up, when this happens don’t worry; cleaning this unit is incredibly quick and easy. All you need to clean the device is to use a bit of isopropyl alcohol and a small brush or paper towel. All you have to do is carefully and gently clean the insides of the chamber and the lid of the bowl area, the flat surfaces of these areas make them incredibly easy to clean. As an added point of convenience the mouthpiece detaches for easy cleaning of the screen.

Another feature that serves to make this vape even more discreet and portable is the fact that it doesn’t emit as much odor as other vaporizers. Whether you’re using dry herb or concentrate with the included pads (three in the box). These pads simply fit into the bottom of the chamber where they can absorb a few drops of concentrate oils. When you’re using the Firefly there a few things you need to know. Firstly you need to do is engage the heat a few seconds before your draw to ensure that you get the best vapour with each hit. Long, slow draws yield the best results and the biggest clouds of vapour. It’s important to pack your chamber closely for the best results, be careful not to pack it in too tightly, as you want there to be some room for air to move among your herb and efficiently vaporize it. You’ll know you have it effectively packed when you can fill the chamber but still close the lid without having to compress any of your dry herb.

Always be sure to grind your herb down so it has a finer consistency. This increases the surface area of your dry herb allowing the heating system to act upon more of it and create a stronger, tastier vapour. Be sure to stir your herb every few hits, to do this simply shake your vape, that will stir the herb in your chamber a little, unless you have over packed your chamber!
