The 25-HVD2 (25-Hydroxy Vitamin D2) ELISA Kit measures 25-HVD2 in Universal Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Competitive-ELISA detection method and takes 2h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with 25-HVD2. 25-HVD2 in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of biotin-labeled 25-HVD2 for sites on a pre-coated antibody specific to 25-HVD2. Free components are washed off. After adding HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC), biotin specifically binds with streptavidin to form immune complexes. Wash off unbound conjugate. Add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Compare OD450 value of sample with the standard curve through curve fitting software to determine the concentration of 25-HVD2 in the sample. The concentration of the target substance is inversely proportional to the OD450 value.

True copper battery cables that are high quality

I love having heavy duty cable on hand for my cars. It's so nice to be able to make your own starter and alternator cables when restoring cars. These cables are 100% copper, not CCA (copper clad aluminum) like many others are. Copper is far superior for conductivity and handling higher loads. The rubber on the cable is thick and yet very flexible..it's clearly marked and seems very durable. I like to use a hydraulic crimping tool and then add marine grade heat shrink tubing with the adhesive inside of it to keep it as weatherproof as possible.
