Direct-contact heating and a self-insulating resin well help keep food hot efficiently while simplifying installation and cleanup.
- Holds one full-size 12" x 20" pan in a wet, insulated drop-in format.
- Direct-contact heating and a self-insulating thermoset resin well help maximize heat transfer and energy efficiency.
- Front-mounted thermostatic controls provide 10 temperature settings and include a lighted on/off switch.
- Top-mount design installs in solid-surface, laminate, or metal countertops without a thermal breaker strip.
- Wide dripless lip returns moisture to the well, and the unit includes a standard 3/4" drain with drain valve.
- 120V, 700W, 5.8A operation with a NEMA 5-15P cord makes installation straightforward.
