The large bell shaped pods are typically 4" wide, and are excellent for deep frying and stir fries. The underripe green peppers have the traditional crisp and slight bitterness, while the fully ripened gold is distinctively sweet with a mild fruity flavor. Best if grown in full

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Water Regularly with 1-2 inches of water per week. Do not transplant deeper than previously grown. Blight, mildew, leaf spot, and mosaic virus can be issues, especially if soil is too moist or there's not good air circulation. Aphids, borers, beetles, and cutworms can be occasional issues.
