"After five long years of waiting, rural psych masters, Sore Eros, return with an extended statement of purpose. Although their partial spatial dislocation from Western Mass has seemly rendered them a studio-oriented outfit, the lovely tangles of sound they create are as optimally fried as ever. The album was helmed by engineer/producer Adam Granduciel (War on Drugs) who was the only one capable of coaxing the whole band into the studio. Aided by players like Daniel Oxenberg (ex-Supreme Dicks) and Kurt Vile (ex-Nest of Saws), the music on Sore Eros was recorded between Philly and L.A., and seems to owe some it's creative modeling to those cities as well. Indeed, the side-long ending track, 'Mirror,' feels like it's equally indebted to left-coast canyon-hugging surf-pop and cheese steak-powered garage-volk readymades. The rest of the album is just as sizzling. The tunes move between large-scale rock moves with Deadly intent and strangely-drifting pop aktion that gets close to Bobb Trimble's version of otherness. The overall heft is more woodsy than beachy, but maybe I'm just saying that 'cause I'm listening to the thing in the middle of a forest. Pressed at 45 RPM for extra high fidelity, packed up with a poster insert you can throw darts at (just like an earlier generation threw darts at the insert from the first Silver Apples LP), the theoretical swan song of Sore Eros is all a head could hope for. Thus is Great
They so far are indestructible in the jaws of my two large German Shepards.
To be fair, this is NOT a ball to toss because it seems to be more in the cannonball family than in the soft dog toy world.
Each of my pups love their Monster K9 balls but when they drop it on our hardwood floors, the whole household knows where they are.

Great toy but never received the replacement they offer.
It’s is a very durable toy. But not indestructible. My dog loves the ball and it did last 4 months which is much longer than any of his other toys. I emailed the company to see if they honored their one time replacement policy for Amazon orders. I was told they do and was told I was shipped a replacement. But we never received it. We’ve ordered plenty from Amazon before and after this so I don’t know where the hold up would of happened but here we are. I did email the company back and told them that I didn’t receive the replacement and asked if they could verify my address….but they haven’t responded. Just sucks. Would of been great if I actually got the replacement!

My HEAVY chewers favorite ball
It's dense and has some weight to it, can definitely get good distance when throwing and it bounces a long way. It's soft enough for my dog to chew on but tough enough that even with her destroying every toy I get her she looses these before ever tearing into them. About softball size.

Safe
I normally don't write reviews but these products deserve the effort! I bought 4 different black toys from this Brand and all are still intact after 6 months heavy usage by 2 aggressive chewers (a Belg Malinois & black Lab), fantastic products and unlike so many other brands promising to be indestructible, these are the first toys that were not eaten within a month. No more visits to Vet to pay for Xrays after digesting plastic or rubber from badly made toys. Highly recommended.
