I looked on line and performed it then set it back up. It now works really well as a vacuum. I haven't tried the floor washing yet but the vacuum portion is really very good cleans better than my other older two well known vacuums combined. The other two older robot vacuums I never needed to program to have them vacuum but this one you need too. It won't work without it. It wasn't had to program either.
