Makita delivers corded grinding performance without the cord with the 18-Volt X2 LXT Lithium-Ion (36-Volt) Brushless 7 in. Paddle Switch Cut-Off/Angle Grinder with Electric Brake and AWS (tool only, battery and charger sold separately). It's powered by a Makita brushless motor for longer run time, increased power and speed and longer tool life. for the most demanding applications, Makitas exclusive Automatic Speed Change technology automatically adjusts speed and torque during operation for optimal performance. The XAG22ZU1 is ideal for grinding and cutting a wide range of materials including tile, concrete, pipe, conduit and more. for improved efficiency, its equipped with Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) technology. AWS utilizes Bluetooth technology for wireless communication between the tool and dust extractor (sold separately). When the trigger is engaged, the AWS-equipped dust extractor powers-up. When the trigger is released, the dust extractor powers down. AWS is intelligent communication that eliminates cords and excessive noise since the dust extractor runs only when the tool is running. Additional features include the BL Brushless Motor, Active Feedback-Sensing Technology (AFT) and an electric brake that stops the grinding or cut-off wheel in 2-seconds or less.- California residents

Don’t buy for restaurant industry

Good looking shoes, fairly comfortable and good value based on the description shared, so I don’t feel it’s fair to rate them lower than 4 stars. I had high hopes for them based on previous reviews from others saying they wore them in the food and beverage industry that mentioned their quality and durability, however I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you do. I purchased these to wear working in a full service upscale restaurant and in less than two months have managed to have torn the material on the middle exterior section and the bottoms of the shoes are already completely worn down. Good design, but the durability needs to be improved if they’re to hold up for that industry.

Most comfortable shoes, right out of the box!

Oh my! So, my ordering of shoes online has been hit or miss - 1/2 size too big or too small; too wide or not wide enough. Enter these Marc Joseph shoes… such a game changer. They fit like a glove, exceptionally comfortable, and easy to slip in and out of. I like them so much that I am shopping for another pair. So far, the size, quality, fit, feel, look, and comfort make this pair my dedicated first pick. Btw, I have been wearing them for six hours and they are still very comfortable! I highly recommend these shoes.
