This clear wood preserver does not waterproof and is made for preserving indoor wood.
Before You Start: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from surface coatings such as paint, varnish or stain etc. Where timbers are suffering from decay, before applying Ronseal Total Wood Preserver, remove all decayed wood and replace it with sound, treated timber. Cut out and burn all decayed wood at least 45cm beyond the area of damage.
