⚠️其实我们每次洗头都需要洗2遍。
就是洗了一遍Shampoo冲掉再洗一遍Shampoo。
👉第一遍的Shampoo只能洗掉表层的造型品，灰尘。。
👉第二遍的Shampoo才能洗掉汗水，油脂。。

⚠️怎样才能知道洗得干净与否？
👉洗出来的Shampoo是水水的，没有泡泡就是代表头皮头发比较油或肮脏（大致上洗第一遍时都会这样）
👉在洗第二遍时泡沫会变多，浓密～代表已经洗干净了！
备注：如果还是没有泡泡就需要再洗一遍。

#头皮头发达到洁净后，头皮头发保养品很快就会被吸收😘

护发篇～～

时常有人问 -“我每次洗头都有放护发素/发膜。为什么头发还是那么干燥？”🤷🏻‍♀️🤷‍♂️

今天就来分享使用护发素或发膜的正确方式🥰😍

👉洗好头发后，把头发上的水挤干；在不滴水的状况下抹上护发素或发膜。
⚠️注：如果在头发滴水的状况下涂抹；护发素货发膜会随着水流掉（那就白放了😭）

👉放置5～8分钟就可以冲掉啦～
⚠️注：冲水时不需要冲得太干净，把白色的cream冲掉就可以了。
头发还是要滑滑的，如果冲到头发变成涩涩的就代表护发素或发膜已经掉完了😂

⚠️备注⚠️
👉发膜（Mask）能补充头发内层的水分，蛋白质。
👉护发素（Conditioner）是帮助关闭毛鳞片，提升头发的柔软度。
