Regarding the style he developed as leader of The Charlie Daniels Band,Charlie Daniels told Rolling Stone in 1976, "Our stuff is kinda like Westernswing, but with a much harder beat to it and a lot funkier. There's more emphasis on feeling 'cause I don't play perfect fiddle at all. I call it Southern swing." In a story in the same magazine three years later that described one of his performances as touching "on boogie, blues, swing, rock and bluegrass," he elaborated, "Anything that I feel is right to do musically, I'll do. To hell with what genre it falls into. As long as it sounds good, what difference does it make? There's too many people that have a stilted attitude toward things... A little longer than the filter the mechanic used last time, and that is a good thing.
At first I was concerned that this filter is about 3/16" longer than whatever one was there before, but it went in perfectly, and I realized I was getting extra filtering ability over the old one. Pleased. Volvo S60 2001.

Almost a Five Star
I have used this brand exclusively on my BMW (110K) and Volvo (90K), with synthetic oil changes at 6000 miles religiously, and neither burns a single drop of oil. I have never seen any "failure" of the filter, which remains firm until the end. Unfortunately the price advantage has been eroding over the years- boo. So lost a star for that-
