India: The Cookbook is the first comprehensive guide to Indian cooking, with over 1,000 recipes covering every aspect of India's rich and colourful culinary heritage. Unlike many other Indian cookbooks, it is written by an Indian culinary academic and cookbook author who lives and works in Delhi, and the recipes are a true reflection of how traditional dishes are really cooked all over India. They have been carefully edited to ensure that they are simple to follow and achievable in western kitchens, with detailed information about authentic cooking utensils and ingredients. Indian food has been hugely popular in the UK for many years, and the appetite for Indian food shows no sign of diminishing. Now, for the first time, a definitive, wide-ranging and authoritative book on authentic Indian food is available, making it simple to prepare your favourite Indian dishes at home, alongside less well-known dishes such as bataer masalydaar (marinated quails cooked with almonds, chillies and green cardamom), or sambharachi kodi (Goan prawn curry with coconut and tamarind). The comprehensive chapters on breads, pickles, spice pastes and chutneys contain a wide variety of recipes rarely seen in Indian cookbooks, such as bagarkhani roti (a rich sweet bread with raisins, cardamom and poppy seeds) and tamatar ka achar (tomato and mustard-seed pickle). India: The Cookbook is the only book on Indian food you'll ever need.Binding Type: Hardcover

Worked well for a few days, then built up a tolerance
Item Package Quantity: 1, Size: 100 Count (Pack of 1)
Guarana for me is one of those things that you should only take every once and a while. It gave me a nice surge of energy for about an hour or so after taking one, then after only a few mornings of taking one I noticed the effect completely wore off. So I stopped taking it for about a week. Then tried taking it again and it still did nothing. Maybe it's just my body, but now I need at least two to notice any effect. It's not that I even feel more alert now, it just makes me feel like I drank to much coffee. I will finish the bottle and then will not buy it again. Different supplements work differently for everyone though! Just because this didn't work for me longterm, that's not to say it won't work wonderfully for you. Trial and error is key with anything like this.

Great substitute for Adderall.
Item Package Quantity: 1, Size: 100 Count (Pack of 1)
This is a great supplement to have around, especially because it's SO easy and economical compared to coffee. I would happily rate it 5 stars BUT I have to admit that the first few times I took it, the jitters it gave me were pretty extreme. It didn't bother me AT ALL, but I know that it would be WAY too strong for a lot of people.
However, if you're not a stranger to over-loading yourself on caffeine (or other stimulants) and you generally like its effects, this should be a great supplement for you. Very importantly, the jitters went away by the 4th day I took it and now it's hardly noticeable.
I started using it so I could easily lower my daily dose of Adderall (prescribed for ADD) and it did the job well.

works

I work night shift and these keep me energize without jitters. Also, I do not crash. They last a good 6 hours and I'm able to sleep when I get home.

They don't work
Item Package Quantity: 1, Size: 100 Count (Pack of 1)
Used to work, useless now. It seems they reformulated things. I used to wake up on this guarana, and the most recent batch not only does nothing, I can take two and need a nap within an hour.

This can be the best for some people and potential trouble for others. BP warning:
Item Package Quantity: 1, Size: 100 Count (Pack of 1)
It triggers my bipolar mania. Even though this detrimental effect is short-lived - only a few hours before coming back to normal... I don't feel right taking this ever again in supplement form. It's ok in a Monster Energy Drink or a Starbucks Tripleshot coffee or something for me personally. Really it's in my opinion the best herbal supplement for energy that is somewhat adventurous and flexitive. For me more like go outside and play, climb pine trees or something. In contrast, I'll suggest this term: "GNC-type herbal stimulants" - they feel more oriented toward focus and less towards locomotive behavior.
