The 2.8 inch monitor is clear enough so you can see exactly who is knocking or has been knocking. Ideal for when you have children or old people who may be at risk from strangers and cheaters that come to take advantage, this video door camera will show the visitor’s face so they know not to answer if they do not recognize the individual without that person knowing. By using the built-in micro SD port you will be able to record years worth of people visiting if you want to plus the built-in micro SD port supports up to 16GB of memory. 

No longer are you limited to looking out of fish eye view peephole lens drilled into your door using Mark I eyeball technology as now this camera has a wide angle view of 170 degrees that can capture a vast view of who or how many people are at your door. Also this camera has a 1/3CMOS sensor as a well as 2 LED lights for vision at night or when someone turns the lights off outside your door. You can also zoom in on anyone knocking at your door plus there are 16 different melodies to choose from to entertain yourself or annoy the neighbors. Take advantage of the camera’s multiple uses by recording videos at a resolution of 320x240 in AVI format and also capture photos in a 640x480 resolution in JPEG format of what or who is outside your door. The doorway detective has it owns security feature as well, in this case it has an anti-theft alarms that makes an alarm sound if it is removed when the unit is powered on.

This was more than I expected...

So...I finished this book at nearly 2am! It was just that hard to put down. I loved that it's set in the same world as Fates Hollow but in the future. Poor Pandora has been through so much but there's light at the end of the tunnel for her. She finally meets her dad and it turns out he's amazing. In order to help her learn about demon society and how to control her magic he sends her to the Demon Reform Academy. There she meets 2 awesome demons who help her and care for her. She also sadly meets her 3 tormentors. I will say though that while they do bully Pandora they also rescue her several times and defend her. They too have traumatizing pasts and can't see the good that is in front of them. Of course demon society needs to be shaken up too since that's part of the problem. I really enjoyed this read. I teared up a few times throughout the book but I liked the characters and that ending...well it looks like 3 in denial are going to need to grovel hard.

Some of the men in this book are our dream men, Hunter and Reed 😍 and then we have the men who need some work and who we all really just want to beat up until they admit what they really feel, Skel, Bram and Dexter. But that cliffy was a killer and I absolutely cannot wait until the next book!! You have written an absolute dream of a book Lyra and I eagerly await the next installment in this series!!!

This book completely blew me away. I loved every single character—not just the FMC and MMC, but the side characters too, which is rare. In a first book, side characters can feel flat while the focus is on world-building, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. The romantic tension between the FMC and MMC was so good—seriously addictive. The plot itself felt pretty straightforward at first, and the world-building was easy to follow. It even gave me Heartless Hunter / Wolf King vibes… until the last 20 pages. And wow—those final pages. I usually spot plot twists coming, and I thought this one was going to be predictable, but I was completely wrong. That ending genuinely shocked me—I haven’t had that reaction to a book in a long time. I’m already counting down to book two (and that teaser chapter? Absolutely brutal). Just read it. You won’t regret it.

I DEVOURED this book. I was in a huge slump after reading a horrible series right before this but after 3 pages of this book, I was hooked. I read the whole book in 2 days. I think the author did an amazing job at writing an engaging story with an amazing twist at the end. I know many readers feel betrayed by the twist and find the narrator to be unreliable but I feel that the twist was done in a great unsuspecting way. Though I do feel betrayed, I think there is so much room for redemption in the second book! The author also did an amazing job at world/character building. She was able to do so without interrupting the story which is one of my huge pet peeves. A lot of authors build by taking breaks in the plot or dialogue which I find choppy and disengaging but this author was able to build in an engaging way. There was some lack of world/character building but I think that was due to keeping reader in the dark. The world, politics, and characters were all very easy to understand. I found the romance a little lackluster and a bit off-kilter. Some of it was really pushy and rushed which left a bad taste in my mouth. I do hope the author delves deeper into the romance in coming books. The FMC was a breath of fresh air. She was not whiny or stuck-up like most books. She was never afraid to accept help from others but she was still able to shine with her intelligence. Not once did I think she made a poor decision just for the sake of a plot point. She was really easy to like. The MMC could use some work but I think that will happen more in coming books. This is a MUST read, my only advice would be to wait until it is a finished series!
