"provides a most-needed analysis of the benefits and limitations of the new cultural anthropology." Bolles American Ethnologist, 1994 "groundbreaking" Levinson The Teachers College Record, 2008 DECOLONIZING ANTHROPOLOGY is part of a broader effort that aims to advance the critical reconstruction of the discipline devoted to understanding humankind in all its diversity and commonality. The utility and power of a decolonized anthropology must continue to be tested and developed. May the results of ethnographic probes--the data, the social and cultural analysis, the theorizing, and the strategies for knowledge application--help scholars envision clearer paths toincreased understanding, a heightened sense of intercultural and international solidarity, and last, but certainly not least, world transformation. Great for Entrepreneurs
Format: Kindle
This two in one is great for anyone who is looking to start their own business. The chapters are easy to read and the book really starts from the beginning vision to the small details and legalities. This is a great resource to have in your library. I will definitely revisit this.

The basics of building a business
Format: Paperback
This workbook is a companion piece to the book of the same name. It takes a start up entrepreneur through all the initial barriers to start up, methods to overcome barriers and fundamentals of starting up a business. I like the way it starts at the beginning of developing a vision and mission statement and continues to walk you through defining your ideal customer, goal setting, developing a unique value proposition and a business model canvas. It emphasises the importance of a SWOT analysis and having a sound financial plan. I like the way the workbook provides space for you to work through your own thought processes and financial plan for getting your business off the ground. It is a sound method to use for a person beginning their business journey to make sure they cover all the vitally important steps to starting their own business.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL
Format: Paperback
I can't even give this one star, but I had to put at least one. SUCH a disappointment!! It says "workbook" and it is nothing of the sort! There are 34 pages of "content" which is almost useless. Just about anyone going into a business would know what's there. Don't waste your money!!
