- Includes a kidney-shaped hopper for bulky produce and a cylindrical hopper for long, delicate items.
- Comes with 3 x 3 x 3 mm Brunoise disc and 3 mm Waffle/Gaufrette disc.
- 1-1/2 HP motor runs at 425 RPM on 120V/60/1 power with a 13.5 amp draw and NEMA 5-15P plug.
- Removable catch pan helps process small quantities of Brunoise and supports easier cleanup.
